    You must be a British, EU or EEA citizen, had been a permanent resident of the UK, EU or EEA for the whole of the previous 3 years and aged 19 or over. If you are aged between 19 and 23, you must also hold a Level 2 qualification.

    Around 450 million people currently experience mental health problems, with recent reports suggesting that over 12 million working days were lost due to work-related stress, depression or anxiety in just one year. It’s important that employers are transparent and open about mental health issues. This qualification builds an understanding of mental health problems and the support available to colleagues. Increasing the understanding of mental health with staff at all levels builds a culture of care and support.

    By completing this qualification you will have knowledge and skills to support colleagues with mental health problems.
