Lisa Bingley

Operations Director

In her role as operations director for the MTI, Lisa led on the initial development and the build phase of the organisation and is now responsible for its overall management including building links between partners and industry. Read Lisa’s full bio here.

Louise Cerio

Customer Services Officer

Louise ensures that all users of the MTI receive a welcoming and positive experience.  She is responsible for organising facility hire and administers the financial systems. Louise is our safeguarding leader.

John Morgan

Senior Technician

John is responsible for all of MTI’s equipment in the workshops and teaching resources within the facility, as well as the health, safety and wellbeing of the learners within the workshops.

Nicole Jayne

Events and Marketing Assistant

Nicole is a NWSLC Alumni and completed her degree in Creative Practice. Nicole is responsible for Events coordination and Digital Marketing of the MTI.

Chloe Baker

Customer Service Apprentice

Chloe assists with the day-to-day running of the MTI through the front desk, responding to customer enquiries across our channels and ensures all our visitors feel welcome and have a positive experience visiting the MTI.
