Course overview

Lego Serious Play uses a well-grounded methodology to support business innovations, performance and team communication across all levels of management and leadership. It promotes creative thinking through hands on playful approaches to problem identification and solution generation, whilst providing a memorable and effective tool, which can be reproduced across any area of the business.

Additional information

Lego Serious Play methodology puts theory into practice on a business specific problem domain. We will work with your teams to develop real time plans, build team communications and explore a detailed and intricate exploration of the mechanics of your business. Delegates will build and present individual, team and Group models. They will construct metaphors which explore an identified problem to produce narratives, which draws upon the model. Delegates work together to develop collaborative solutions to complex business issues, whilst simultaneously exploring the role of individuals across the Group and identifying opportunities for communication, collaboration and team working.
